However, there is another trick that may be even better. The trick is to create a mixture that your body already uses and brush it onto your teeth. This mixture consists of a quarter teaspoon of baking soda from your kitchen, a quarter teaspoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide, and a half cup of water. Once you have your mixture, you will brush your teeth as you normally would. Afterwards, brush your teeth with this new mixture. The chemicals should do well to break up and dissolve the plaque and bacteria in your mouth.
